Super Easy Fajitas

2 lbs of thin cut beef or chicken stir fry   -   1/2 cup Celebrating Home Southwestern Chipotle Dip Mix   -   1 onion  -   2 bell peppers   -   1/2 cup of water

Dump you meat into the Bean Pot - It can be frozen or thawed.  cut the onion and the peppers into thin strips, and add to the Bean Pot.  Add the seasoning an water.  cover and cook at 250* for 8-9 hours, or at 350* for 6 hours.  the meat is done when it reaches desired tenderness.  TIP:  We really like sqeezing fresh lime over the top of the meat before doctoing it up.  Serve with tortillas kept warm in one of our new exclusive casserole/toritilla warmers.
