Hello & Welcome! My name is Stephanie Morgan!
I live in the beautiful state of Alabama. This is Chad & me at H&GP National Rally in Las Vegas! The above picture is at National Rally in Orlando in 2007 with H&GP founders - Steve & Penny Carlile! I work full time as a nurse - I do stress tests & such all day long - so these trips are great! I love Home & Garden Party - I get to share decorating tips & meet new friends. I party for a living!! Earning extra money while doing what I enjoy- Now that's a wonderful benefit!! Thanks HGP!
This is my little family that God has blessed me with! Chad - my husband is an awesome Daddy! He is a deacon at our church & a wonderful leader for our family. I could not ask for someone better - despite my nagging at times! He studies his Bible & seeks Gods wisdom when directing our paths. I am so thankful to have a great husband! God has really blessed our family!! My oldest daughter is Amberly. She is in the 5rd grade - very smart & beautiful! She enjoys spending time with her friends at church and school. She also likes to watch the Disney Channel - ALL of the time!! She has a big heart and loves to help others. She is a very BIG help to me - I don't know what I would do without her. She is so helpful around the house - she is the little 2nd Mama! She likes to help with her little sisters. She also enjoys playing sports & singing! Abbie is our pretty little 2nd Grader! She enjoys reading books and loves to color & draw. She is very witty!! She has a personality of her own as you can see in the above picture - - God played a joke on Chad with this child! She acts just like he does - AGGRAVATING! She taunts him all the time - It is funny when he picks on everyone else but not when she picks on him! It is funny to me though! Everyone has so much fun with her! Ashlyn is the baby - & that's what she does best - being the baby. She is so precious and spoiled! She turned 2 in August! She is learning to put sentences together!!! I hate getting out of the bed with her in the mornings - she loves to snuggle to me & I love to snuggle to her! She doesn't have to do anything since she has 2 big sisters! They do everything for her! As you can see in the picture, she does everything the big girls do! I posted the other photo because it is just too cute not to! I love each & everyone of them - I am glad that they are mine! Thank you Lord for your blessings on me! Thank you for letting me brag about my family to you! I look forward to meeting you & hearing how God has blessed your family too!
My name is Stephanie Morgan and I have been a Designer for 6 years. I fell in love with the products and awesome opportunity after seeing a catalog. I knew I wanted to be a part of this company. I bought a kit and jumped right in!
Last year, I decided to attend Rally despite the lack of funds and vacation leave at my full-time job. I must admit I didn’t know what to expect; and I really didn’t think about it improving my business. I just knew my husband offered to keep our three daughters at home, so I packed my bags before he changed his mind! I arrived in Orlando with a weak business and an even weaker outlook on its future. My H&GP business was exactly where I expected it to be! I was having a Party once or twice a month. It was a nice part-time job. I might skip a few months then run into someone who wanted to book a Party – then my cycle would start all over again. I got out of my business EXACTLY what I put in – not much at all! After all, this was not something I could make a career out of….At Rally I remember sitting amazed as our supportive staff and fellow Designers reminded us that God wants the BEST for us. He wants us to be successful! Then God reminded me that in order for my business to become more – I had to do more. I HAD TO SET GOALS! Success was not going to just fall in my lap! I needed to set goals, attend trainings and rallies, and believe in myself! At that time, my business was reaching the goal I had set – none At All!
After excellent training, inspiring fellowship and constant motivation during Rally, I realized this CAN be a dream come true. We CAN live our dreams. I set a goal at Rally to increase my sales and sponsoring! I also set a goal to become a National Star at Rally 2008! Since then, I’ve become a Diamond Designer and began the Mercedes Track! My 2007 sales before Rally (January to June) were $2,852 – My sales after Rally (July to December) were $10,606! Not only did my sponsoring and sales greatly increase – my outlook on life grew also! Anything is possible! When I packed my suitcase to come home – I packed up a better wife, a better mother, a better Christian, a better friend and a better Designer – I packed up a better ME!
I learned that every successful Designer has to set goals. If I don’t have a goal, I have nothing to aim for! Rally is full of great training and ideas – but it is also loaded with self improvement and motivation! Thanks to Penny, Steve, Terry, John, John-Michael, Jeff, Karen Phelps, and the other wonderful trainers at Rally for setting goals to help us reach ours! When you go to Rally 2008 – what goes on in Vegas will not stay in Vegas! You, too, will have a more successful business and a brighter outlook on life. You cannot afford to miss it! Don’t miss this life changing experience!
